Hello, I’m Linda, and I have had many titles and reviewed many financial statements of many clients. I have seen the good, the bad, and the not-so-good. I lived through the 2008 disaster of mortgage lending.
However, we have decided to add more facets of personal finance to our mortgage website. Yes, you guessed it, this website was Mortgage Loan Facts, to begin with.

Why have we changed our subjects? This is because of all of the current changes within the economy, and in our financial status since the pandemic.
